How to Request Account Deletion
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the More icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the "Profile Info" card from the More menu.
- Tap the "Delete Account" text button at the bottom of the page.
- Read the Privacy Policy and confirm your request.
What Happens After Account Deletion Request
After you submit an account deletion request, your account will be deleted.
Some information, such as points, ranking points, and certain related data, may be retained for up to 14 days in case you need to sign in again and request data restoration.
If no restoration request is received within 14 days, this retained data will be automatically and permanently deleted.
This retention period and restoration process may be modified in line with business needs and user behavior.
